Did you see/feel any difference at all between Avatar, a film conceived and shot from start to finish in James Cameron’s new 3D process and the 2D film Alice in Wonderland that was only converted to Imax 3D after it was shot?

Alice in Wonderland in 3D could not even come close to the Imax 3D experience of being transported to Pandora.
They were about the same. I could see/feel no difference in the presentation of the two films.
I thought Alice in Wonderland looked far better than Avatar in Imax 3D.
I will not see another film in Imax 3D unless it is shot in 3D.
I believe the experience of an Imax 3D theatre far outweighs the noticeable but miniscule difference between the two.
I am so mad that I got fooled into buying a full priced ticket to a fake Imax theatre that I can't even bring myself to answer the question.
I have not seen either film.
